I purchased the STIIIZY BIIIG BATTERY and when I received it was not impressed. it got broken due to poor packaging I emailed UGS and let them know. I assumed i was out of luck because you can’t return used items. They sent me another STIIIZY BIIIG BATTERY that worked perfectly. That was a great save and I would definitely buy from them again. Great customer service!!
